New Contact Center: Call, Text and Chat Directly with Designers

Our philosophy goes like this: if you do not sell, we lose business.  That idea is what drives us to try new things and offer you exciting tools and functionalities that help you go through the entire selling process faster, conveniently, and with no delays. Our proof system, the in-browser notifications functionality, as well as the numerous tweaks we have done on the project page, are some examples of ideas we have implemented to help you take full advantage of the platform.  

Nonetheless, we know we had a major feature missing on our system that affected your workflow considerably. We are well aware that sometimes, requesting a quick change took more time than the change itself because you had to go to the platform, log in to your account, go to the project, and write the modification you wanted to the designer. Furthermore, if the changes ere a bit complex you had to request a call back in order to speak to the designer. That system was flawed, we know, we fixed it. This is what you can do now:

1. Call your assigned designer directly

That’s right! Now all designers have internal and dedicated telephone numbers, which makes the process of getting in touch with them as easy as simply calling a friend. Sure, maybe they will be busy at the time and won’t be able to pick up, they are also humans after all. However, if that is the case, you can leave them a voice message or wait a little bit; they will call you back as soon as they can.

Nevertheless, chances are that your designer will be available to receive your call and you will be able to discuss with them the aspects concerning your projects with the convenience of a conversation.

2. You can always send a text

We know that sometimes calling is not an option or the change or inquiry is simple and can be resolved with a single text. In the past, you had to go to the platform to leave a message there, but now you can simply text your assigned designer to its unique number. The messages you send via text are linked to the platform and the designer will see them there.

Although, simple texts are only a part of what you can send us now. This new functionality will also allow:

 

      - Receiving proof links via text.

      - Sending files related to a project (the designer needs to send you a specific upload link for each project).

      - Picking your phone and sending a text message to the designer.

 

That being said, it is important you understand that this texting functionality is meant to be used to send short messages, not chatting. If you need to maintain a conversation with the designer via text, you need to use the chat functionality.

3. Keep using the chat for longer text conversations

If you need to have a conversation with the designer using text, the best way to do that is by using the chat tool included in every project. It keeps being as simple as going to your project and writing your messages there. If the designer is available (which they will most likely be) they will chat with you smoothly and easy.
