Here at DEV1150, one of the pillars of our work philosophy is continuous improvement. Since we also try to create bonds and a sense of partnership between our clients and us, we are constantly asking them and seeking new and functional ways to simplify any stage of the production process.
With that in mind, we are happy and proud to announce we are working on some interesting and very appealing new features that will be available very soon. Here is a brief description of a few of them:
Ø When your clients receive a new proof for their artwork, now the system will provide instructions. That means, that you will not have to explain them anymore how to work with the system and submit changes, thus saving you time.
Ø Doing follow up will be easier, because the client will be able to chat live directly with the assigned designer during business hours in case they want to comment on a difficult change, or have questions regarding the status of their artwork.
Ø We will implement a new notifications system that will send alerts to you and your client’s mobile or email (if you choose to use this feature) automatically every time that the assigned designer uploads a new proof to the system.
Ø When your client approves any design, they will have to accept a disclaimer text asking them to check if the texts, mobile numbers and all elements of the design are correct, and notifying them that some colors may appear different once printed in contrast with what they see on their monitors.
We will keep you posted regarding the official launch of these new features. One thing is certain. For DEV1150, this is just the beginning.
